Yep! It's on again! This year with the support of the Eurobodalla Shire Council we'll be hosting the event at the NATA Oval!! We have invited as many Car Clubs as we can, and of course all of you who have been before and watched the event grow from a simple meet and greet to what we hope will rival Moruya's South Coast Nationals in the future. Call us for more details, or wait for updates here and on Facebook. FREE entry, FREE to enter your vehicle.

Gates will open to entrants around 7am - first in best parking spot. For non-entrants the gates will be open from 9am. 2EC will start their broadcast from 10am, entrants close at 12.30 so judging can be complete by 1.30 so prizes can be handed out before Kimmy departs at 2pm. The last hoorah will be a 'supercruise' where those who wish to take part will take off and cruise around the town on a route yet to be finalized.

We will have: Face-painting, balloons and a jumping castle for the kids, prizes and giveaways, 10 trophies and cash prizes for winning entrants! With special thanks to NAB Narooma, Rotary Club Narooma, Roxy's Cafe, Compleat Angler Narooma, Kingfisher Marine for getting behind this event in support of all local business and tourism.

Entry forms can also be collected at Narooma Motors, just pop in and grab one.

It's not too late to be part of this growing event. Sponsorships are now closed, but if you would like to be part of this event, perhaps a stall, advertising opportunity, please give us a call or send an email.

We are still looking for volunteers on the day to usher cars to their places and keep an eye on things. Interested? Come in and see Pete.

Narooma Motors First Annual Car Show

January 2015 came with an idea - let's have a classic car meet and greet to show off the new signage and building renovations and new equipment, and get Narooma Motors back on the map. Because it was a spur of the moment thing, we were thrilled that so many locals popped out for a look at the 15 or so vehicles that came along. Supported by Gulf Western Oil and NRMA Batteries, we managed to put on quite a little show that locals still mention. The Gulf Western Supercar is all show but you could hear it screaming at the other end of town. Lyn took over the BBQ and we made a hat-ful of coins for the local fireys.

And we made the local paper! Narooma News

We hope to make the Narooma Motors Classic Cars meet and greet an annual event and bring more of these awesome vehicles to town for a weekend in summer.

Narooma Motors second Annual Car ShOW 2016

Well, the first ever Narooma Motors Car Show was such a success we decided to do it again (and hopefully every year from now on). Still held on the shop grounds, we lined up about 24 exceptional and unique vehicles. This time we had Kimmy Saker from 2EC Radio providing music and entertainment all culminating in awarding four trophies - First, Second and Third placed cars - and Best Bike in Show. For the record, we were not expecting such a fabulous range of beautiful vehicles and it was very, very hard to choose winners from such a superb bunch of choices.

Sausages cooked to perfection were supplied and raised money for the local Fireys  by the Bastards Motorcycle Club, a pretty awesome bunch of guys and ladies.

Congratulations to Barry Andrews, first place with his gorgeous 37 Ford; Rolf Leek, second place with the sexiest black 57 Chev you ever saw; and third place went to Richard Trew with an immaculately restored 64 Falcon. Best bike went to "Betto" and his shiny Harley Dyna Street Bob. Mav took home a baggy of goodies for best ladies bike - which we never thought of till it was almost too late.

We succeeded in making this event much bigger this year and hope to move to one of the local ovals and really rev it up in 2017. If you are a member of a bike or car club and would like to join us, please contact us!

Sincere thanks to Gulf Western Oil, NRMA Batteries (Club Assist), Federal/Mastercraft Tyres and all the awesome local businesses that got behind us with their support.
